Plugged into a local church from the start: gatherings, a small group, serving teams. Discipleship Night on Mondays and Personal Development on Thursdays, both at 6:30. Two recovery meetings a week. Regular sessions with a personal Discipleship Coach, house meetings, and a check-in with staff every two weeks.

Program fees, savings, chores: the ordinary disciplines of a stable life.

Progress is measured across the Six Essentials, not the calendar. Every two weeks a participant sits down with a staff member, looks honestly at each area, and picks one next step. Their Discipleship Coach hears about it and helps carry it. Coaches and staff track each area, celebrate wins, and rally around anyone who is struggling.

After 12 to 18 months a participant graduates sober, employed, and deeply connected to a local church, with savings built during the program. We celebrate together at Koinonia Nights and Promotions. They leave as a disciple who helps others find the same freedom, and with a church family that outlasts the program. Healed hearts become healers.
