Volunteer, Angie Rece, will lead this class on personality and identity. We will go beyond simply identifying our tendencies and behaviors to explore the deeper question of why we do what we do. While self-awareness begins with recognizing patterns in how we think, feel, and act, real growth comes from uncovering the underlying motivations, beliefs, and experiences that shape those patterns. By examining both surface tendencies and root causes, residents hope to gain a clearer understanding of themselves and how their identity influences their relationships, choices, and overall direction in life.
